Counterfeit cosmetics are a real problem in online shopping, and a fake cream or sunscreen can do more harm than good. That is why every product we list is sourced directly from certified brand distributors, not from unverified resellers.

When your order arrives, you can check the packaging, batch details and expiry date yourself. If anything looks wrong, or a product arrives expired or close to expiry, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. See our refund and return policy.

Many beauty products are sold with big promises. We would rather help you choose well. Each product page tells you what the product is and what it is marketed for, with separate tabs for how to use it and the ingredients highlighted on the pack.

We also tell you what to check before you buy:

• Read the full ingredient list on the packaging, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
• Patch-test new skincare on a small area before using it on your face.
• Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day when using brightening or exfoliating products.
• Ask a doctor before taking supplements if you are pregnant, take medication or have a health condition.

Results from cosmetics vary from person to person, and no cream can guarantee permanent skin whitening. For persistent skin concerns such as melasma, we recommend seeing a qualified dermatologist.
